Blackhead removal for sensitive skin

Blackheads in people with sensitive skin are mainly divided into two types: large pores and small pores.

Type 1 - Large pore blackheads

The shape of blackheads under the skin is actually teardrop-shaped. If you squeeze it, it will open your pores as it passes through them. Once the pores are opened, it is difficult to heal. If you squeeze your pores frequently, they will become habitually inflamed and the surface of your skin will grow abnormally, becoming uneven. Solution:

1. Get the right time for cleaning: wash your face twice every day when you get home. One time is when you remove your makeup, and you can take a shower after writing it. The heat from the shower opens your pores, so washing your face a second time can help clean blackheads better.

2. Cleaning tools: After the pores are opened, you can use some cleaning tools to remove the blackheads that emerge from the pores.

Dry skin: Use konjac facial cleanser. Because of its soft texture, it will not excessively rub the skin and can also increase the moisture of the skin.

Oily skin: Bamboo charcoal face wash. Cleans blackheads in pores with suction.

TIPS: After using this type of facial cleanser, remember to clean it, wring it out, and then hang it in a dry place to dry to avoid mold growth. Each facial cleanser should not be used for more than 3 months.

3. Gauze towel specially for babies: Go to a baby products store and choose this small towel made of soft gauze. The particles are not as coarse as those of ordinary towels. It can be used on baby skin and can gently metabolize keratin and blackheads without hurting the skin.

How to do it:

1. After the pores are opened by steam, squeeze the facial cleanser onto a gauze towel and rub out bubbles.

2. Use a gauze towel dipped in facial cleanser foam to massage the blackheads in circles from the inside to the outside and from the bottom to the top for about 1 minute.

3. Rinse with cold water, or use cotton pads dipped in ice water (add ice cubes to the water) and apply it to the pores for about 30 seconds. Ice compress can not only shrink the pores, but also help cool the skin and reduce oil production.

4. Do this 2-3 times a week.

Type 2 skin - small pores and blackheads

Some girls have very small pores, which may even form closed comedones. For small pore acne problems like this, you should never squeeze them with your hands, otherwise they will develop into large pore blackheads.

Solution:

1. Open the pores: You should also seize the time when the pores open after taking a shower. If you don’t take a shower, you can also use a facial steamer. Keep your face away from the steamer, about 15-20cm. If you don’t have a facial steamer, you can prepare a basin of hot water, and place your face 15-20cm away from the basin. Use a large towel to cover your head and basin to prevent the steam from escaping. Also note that the steaming time should not be too long, about 3 minutes is enough.

2. Use a mild blackhead removing mask to clean blackheads: Skin with small pores is usually not as oily as skin with large pores, so the friction on the skin surface should be reduced as much as possible. You can use the ingredients in the cleansing mask to dissolve and remove blackheads.

How to do it:

1. After the steam opens the pores, use exfoliating lotion to clean the excess cuticle on the skin surface. For girls with small pores, just wipe from top to bottom without making circular motions.

2. Apply a mud or paste-like blackhead removing mask to the blackhead area. After about 5 minutes, wipe off the mask from top to bottom. Never apply the cleansing mask from bottom to top, as this will push the cleansing mask into the pores and fail to remove the blackheads.

TIPS: If you don’t have a blackhead removal mask, you can use mung bean powder, coix seed powder, or brown rice powder, mix them with clean water into a paste and apply it on the blackheads. Because these powders contain starch, which is alkaline and can gently absorb oil. When washing, the particles in the powder can also have a gentle friction exfoliating effect

3. Wash with cold water to shrink pores.

4. Wipe pore tightening essence.

5. 1-2 times a week is enough.
