Fight 7 eye problems one by one

Fight 7 eye problems one by one

As the saying goes, eyes are windows to the soul. Having a pair of bright eyes really adds a lot to the overall appearance of our face. However, the skin around the eyes is very fragile. Any skin problem starts from invading our eyes. Therefore, we must protect our eye skin, suppress fine lines around the eyes, and regain charming eyes. The skin around the eyes is particularly soft, thin and has many wrinkles, so the moisture in the skin around the eyes evaporates faster; at the same time, there are fewer sweat glands and sebaceous glands in the skin around the eyes, making it particularly prone to dryness and dehydration. These factors determine that the eyes are the most susceptible to aging and problems. Generally, the skin around the eyes starts to deteriorate after the age of 25, with problems such as dark circles, crow's feet, eye bags, granulation tissue, and swelling appearing. Therefore, prevention and care are very important.

1. Dry lines appear around the eyes

The eyes become droopy and dull, the skin around the eyes feels dry all year round and even sheds dead skin frequently, fine lines gradually increase, and several obvious and deep wrinkles appear. Because starting from around the age of 35, human metabolism begins to slow down, the functions of sebaceous glands and sweat glands slowly decline, local areas begin to sink, especially the fragile eyes, collagen begins to be gradually lost, and wrinkles begin to appear around the eyes. Coupled with the decline in the skin's ability to absorb nutrients and lock in moisture, wrinkles will become more and more obvious.

Corresponding method: After washing your face every day, apply a cold towel on your face for three to five minutes, which can help increase skin elasticity and relieve wrinkles. Then you need to eat more foods rich in vitamin A, such as carrots, animal liver, etc. You can also take vitamin A pills in moderation.

2. Puffy eyes

As body functions decline, the glomerular filtration rate decreases, the kidneys excrete less water and sodium, and the lymphatic detoxification ability becomes worse, causing eye edema that is difficult to eliminate.

How to deal with it: Use a massage cream that has drainage and blood circulation promoting properties every morning and evening, and massage the skin around the eyes in the correct order. Since mature skin is more fragile, when choosing a massage cream, choose one with a mild formula, preferably a pure plant formula.

3. Dark circles

We usually maintain good work and rest habits, and do not get too tired or stay up late, but there is still pigmentation under the eyes, sunken eye sockets, and shadows. The area around the eyes looks very dark, which causes the most common eye problem we encounter - dark circles.

How to deal with it: Use eye cream and eye mask with whitening and moisturizing effects. When applying the eye cream, combine it with some gentle eye massage to relieve the invasion of dark circles. If you have more time, making a moisturizing and soothing eye mask can relieve eye fatigue while moisturizing the skin around the eyes.

4. Expression lines

It is caused by photoaging, habitual expressions, dehydrated skin, work pressure, irregular lifestyle, lack of sleep, and even weight loss leading to a decrease in subcutaneous fat.

Corresponding method: Actively drink water and use deep moisturizing skin care products to gradually eliminate dry lines. You must also get enough sleep, and it is best to go to bed before 11 p.m. every night, because 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. is the skin's self-repair period. Effective rest can restore the skin to good condition as soon as possible.

5. Intermittent puffy eyes

Eye swelling may be caused by external factors, such as lack of sleep, drinking too much water before going to bed, menstruation, bad living habits, or incorrect eye care steps and methods.

How to deal with it: The slight swelling is caused by the body fluids concentrated in the eyes during sleep. Once you get up and walk around, the fluids will be discharged from the face and will disappear automatically after about one or two hours. Or every morning after cleansing your face, put ice cubes in the washbasin, then immerse your face in ice water for about 5 seconds; after turning on the ice water, pat your cheeks with your hands, and repeat this action about 10 to 30 times.

6. "Purple circles" or "blue circles"

The blood vessels around the eyes dilate due to staying up late, lack of sleep, emotional instability, eye fatigue and lack of rest. The thin blood vessels are clearly visible, and the thin fundus will appear as purple or blue circles.

How to deal with it: Apply a hot towel to the eyes, including the temples on both sides, making sure to completely cover the eyes. After about 20 minutes, the heat of the towel will promote blood circulation. Then apply a cold towel for 30 seconds to 1 minute to shrink the pores, and then apply eye cream.

7. False eye bags

Young people have a horizontal bulge in front of the tarsal plate just below the eyelid margin, which is more obvious when smiling, making the lower eyelid look bloated or listless.

How to deal with it: Put a small cup of tea in the refrigerator and freeze it for about 15 minutes. Then soak a small piece of cotton pad in the tea and apply it on your eyelids to reduce the puffiness of your eye bags.
