How to treat mites

How to treat mites

Mites are everywhere in our lives. They are common small insects that cannot be seen with our naked eyes. Only under a microscope can we see various kinds of insects. In fact, there is no need to be too afraid. Each of us will be exposed to mites around us, and generally it will not cause any serious consequences. But at the same time, we must also pay attention to the sterilization of clothes and bedding, otherwise, over time, a lot of bacteria and mites will remain on the body.

Many people have acne on their faces. In fact, this may be caused by mites. Some women may have acne due to clogged pores, while some people may have acne because mites parasitize in the skin and cause enlarged pores. But don't worry, we still have ways to deal with mites on our face.

The first step is to cleanse your face scientifically.

How to treat face mites? Scientific face washing is an important part. Washing your face is not simply about rinsing it with tap water. Instead, you should follow a scientific method: first wet your face with warm water, and use a mild facial cleanser with good cleansing ability (do not squeeze it with your hands); then use your fingertips to lightly draw circles from bottom to top to stimulate the skin to remove impurities and excess oil on the surface; after rinsing with warm water, gently pat your face with a soft towel to absorb excess water (if you have heavy makeup on, it is best to repeat the cleaning process). Wash twice a day, morning and evening. If it is windy and sandy, wash it immediately after returning home to prevent dust from penetrating into the pores.

The second step is to use effective mite removal products.

Some skin care products on the market are very targeted in removing mites. Considering that ingredients such as antibiotics have side effects on the skin, you can choose some Chinese medicine products, such as aloe vera gel.

The third step is to eat a balanced diet.

In addition to using mite removal products, you should also pay more attention to your daily diet to enhance skin resistance. Eating too much fat or oil-rich foods (such as fatty meat, fried foods, etc.) will increase the secretion of sebum and aggravate the growth of mites; sugary foods (such as various desserts), spicy foods (such as peppers, garlic, mustard, etc.) and irritating foods such as chocolate, coffee, cigarettes, and alcohol are all very unfavorable for the treatment of mites. Therefore, you can eat more coarse grains such as brown rice and corn as the staple food; for side dishes, you should choose more vegetables, fruits, soy products, and some seafood such as seaweed and kelp. It is better to use light food when cooking.

The above introduces relevant methods. If acne appears, don’t worry too much. You must adjust your mentality and don’t be in a bad mood because of acne on your face, as this will also affect skin recovery. Getting rid of mites is not a matter of one day or one night. Only by persisting and doing a good job of prevention and health care in life can we avoid damage to our skin.
