A good way to nourish your hair

All girls want to have black and shiny hair, but not all girls can achieve their goal. For most girls, their hair is not perfect. Some of them are very dull, dry and split. Zinc deficiency can cause hair to split and fall out, so nuts must be included in the diet for healthy hair.

5. Poultry

Chicken, including turkey, is rich in protein and can help you get the healthy hair you want.

Not getting enough protein, or consuming low-quality protein, can cause split ends; severe protein deficiency can cause hair color changes.

Poultry can also provide iron, and poultry protein is high-quality protein that can be effectively absorbed and utilized by the body.
