Yellow water generally refers to the pus flowing out of the sores, which contains many viruses and dirt. If you want to clean the yellow water, you must handle it with care. Once the yellow water comes into contact with clean skin, the viruses it carries will invade the skin and cause reinfection, making the abscess unable to heal for a long time. So what should we do if acne on the chin oozes yellow water? What are the causes of these acne? Causes of acne Immunity (35%): In recent years, some people believe that this disease is related to immunity. In the patient's humoral immunity, the serum IgG level increases and increases with the worsening of the disease. Propionibacterium acnes produces antibodies in the patient's body, and the circulating antibodies reach the local area and participate in the pathogenic process of early inflammation. Trace elements (25%): Regarding the relationship between trace elements and acne, some people have recently proved that low zinc in acne patients may affect the utilization of vitamin A and promote the keratinization of the sebaceous glands of the hair follicles. Low copper will weaken the body's resistance to bacterial infections. In short, low levels of trace elements zinc, copper, and iron and elevated manganese in acne patients can have a certain impact on fat metabolism and sex hormone secretion in the body. Coupled with low skin resistance, it may have a certain relationship with the onset of acne. Genetics (25%): In addition, heredity is also an important factor in the occurrence of this disease. In addition to the above factors, eating more animal fat and sugary foods, gastrointestinal disorders such as indigestion or constipation, mental stress, hot and humid climate and other factors can have adverse effects on acne patients. Contact with mineral oils or oral administration of iodides, bromides and certain other drugs can also aggravate the deterioration of acne. There are many factors causing acne, and its pathogenesis is still unclear. Endocrine factors, the effects of sebum, and microorganisms in hair follicles are the main factors causing acne. Acne is closely related to sexual endocrine. Chinese medicine for treating acne The treatment of acne with traditional Chinese medicine requires differentiation of symptoms and treatment.
