The vitamin C in general vegetables is lost a lot after cooking, but the vitamin C in tomatoes is lost very little even after cooking and steaming. More importantly, tomatoes are rich in glutamine, which can inhibit the activity of tyrosine, reduce or eliminate pigment deposits, inhibit pigmentation, and eliminate chloasma and butterfly spots.

In addition, after using cosmetics and facial creams, you must remove makeup and wash them thoroughly, because some products can be irritating to the skin. Keeping your emotions stable, living a normal lifestyle, and not getting angry often or staying up late are all ways to maintain white skin.

To remove dark spots, you should eat more alkaline foods such as fruits and vegetables, and less acidic foods such as meat or fried foods. Your mood and sleep should also be normal. Try to fall asleep between 10 pm and 12 am to allow the liver to get enough rest - don't forget, a poor liver is also one of the causes of dark spots.
