B: Then tap your eye bags lightly and quickly with the force of tapping a keyboard. You should feel a warm and itchy sensation.

C: The last step is to pinch the eyelids. The purpose is to stimulate the lymph nodes. However, be careful not to pull the eyelids hard or close the eyeballs.
