2. Take out a fine brush and dip it in model glue, apply model glue to the corresponding color blocks, then dip it in glitter of the same color and sweep it on the corresponding color blocks. The boundaries need to be clear when applying, and let it dry.

3. Use nail polish of the corresponding color to seal the glitter slightly. Let it dry without applying a sealing layer, otherwise it will fall off easily. Therefore, you need to add one more step. Apply a layer of sealing glue and let it dry. Then polish it to create a frosted effect.

How many layers of matte nail polish should be applied?

Apply each layer of nail polish thinly. The sealing layer is no exception. It must be applied thinly. You can apply two layers. The first layer does not need to be scrubbed after shining the light. After the second layer, wipe it off with cleaning liquid. Generally, 3 minutes of shining the light is enough for the sealing layer.

Apply OPI Stary the Night nail polish on all 8 nails except the ring fingers of both hands.

When the previous layer of nail polish is half dry, use a small sponge to apply OPI Can't Let Go nail polish and gently apply it on the nails until it blends with the previous layer of nail polish.

Referring to the previous step, use a sponge to apply OPI's Get Your Number nail polish to your nails. This step requires a gradient effect with the second layer of nail polish, so it will be a little difficult and you'll need to be patient.

To enhance the gradient effect, apply two coats of OPI's Euro Polish.

Next, take care of the ring finger that you just ignored and paint it with purple nail polish.

Then stick some square thumbtacks on and apply a layer of varnish for protection, and you're done.
