How to repel mites

Environmental conditions

The survival and reproduction conditions of mites require a temperature of 20-30 degrees and a humidity of 60%-80%, so we can start with environmental conditions to control the breeding of mites. For example, frequently opening doors and windows to maintain indoor air circulation and light exposure can effectively reduce indoor humidity and temperature, thereby greatly inhibiting the breeding of mites.

Washing, exposing to the sun, and dusting bedding have the most mites, so regular washing and exposing to the sun can remove many mites; since dust is also an important habitat for mites, dust removal is to remove mites, so we also need to remove dust regularly.
