How to make a homemade facial mask for sensitive skin

People with sensitive skin have many requirements for the selection of skin care products. They should try to choose some natural and non-irritating skin care products. The best way is to make some facial masks by yourself, such as banana mask, apple oil-absorbing mask or red wine mask, which are more effective.

1. Apricot and peach mask: Wash, peel and pit the apricots and peaches, mash the pulp into paste and apply on the face. This mask can make the skin rosy and has an anti-wrinkle effect. It is more effective for allergic inflamed skin and skin burned by the sun.

2. Banana mask: Peel the banana and mash it into paste and apply it on your face. Wash it off after 15 minutes.

3. Apple oil-absorbing mask: squeeze the juice of frozen apples, wet a cotton pad and apply it to areas with active oil secretion. The fruit acid in apples can absorb excess oil on the face.

4. Red wine mask: Mix 20ml of red wine, 2 spoons of honey and a little pearl powder, apply on face, wash off with warm water after about 5 minutes, it has a whitening effect.

5. Milk mask: Put about 30ml of fresh milk into the container and soak the mask paper. Apply the mask paper soaked in milk on your face. Lie on the sofa for 15 to 20 minutes. Then peel off the mask paper and wash your face with clean water. Please note that you must use fresh milk, not milk powder.

6. Okara yogurt mask: 2 spoons of yogurt + 1 spoon of honey + okara, mix evenly and apply on face, rinse off after 15-20 minutes. Because acidic things have the effect of exfoliating, they can also shrink pores and of course dissolve some blackheads and whiteheads.

7. Milk and olive oil mask: Take 1 tablespoon of milk, add a few drops of olive oil and a small amount of flour, mix well, apply on clean face, and wash with warm water after it dries. This facial mask has the effect of reducing wrinkles and increasing skin elasticity.

8. Notes

If your skin is too sensitive, it is recommended that you do a small test on the back of your hand, apply the mask on your hands, and if there is no reaction after 15 minutes, you can apply it on your face.
