2. Sleeping masks cannot be used every day. If used every day, it will damage the skin, cause a certain burden, and affect the skin's self-repair ability, so it is only necessary to use it 2 to 3 times a week!

3. The so-called sleeping mask is best used at night. Of course, it can also be used during the day, but the effect is not as good. It should be noted that ordinary masks are not suitable for use when sleeping. If you mistakenly use a general washable mask as a sleeping mask overnight, it will absorb moisture from your skin!
