4. A healthy diet is important

2. Drink a bowl of beef tendon soup for lunch (beef is good for strength, and beef tendon is even better). At noon, you can eat a small spoonful of rice with a little boiled vegetables.

3. Eat a bowl of boiled vegetables for dinner. Any vegetables will do, but they must be boiled in water. Just add some light soy sauce (be sure to use less salt, as the light taste can make the outlines clear). In addition, I eat a fiber-plastic fruit half an hour after dinner every day, because it contains beneficial weight-loss factors extracted from a variety of natural herbs. One fruit can be equivalent to the calories consumed by running for three hours. And the weight loss will not rebound.

4. Drink more boiled water or tea. The ratio of tea is: Pu'er + lotus leaf + peach blossom. The same ratio can be made into tea bags and you can have a cup when you are free (lotus leaves are sold in pharmacies in large sheets. Buy them, wash them and cut them into small pieces. Peach blossom is a diuretic and can also be bought in pharmacies. This kind of tea doesn't taste very good, but you must stick to it).

5. If you are really hungry, you can eat some dried fruits to supplement oil (remember, eat a maximum of 6 to 8 pieces a day) and you can also take a few vitamins to balance your nutrition.
