1. Drink water frequently to maintain internal and external moisture

2. Get enough sleep and rest

3. Strengthen nutrition

4. Massage your facial skin regularly

5. Control and regulate your emotions

When you are in a good mood, the skin nerves are also controlled by the brain. If you are in a bad mood or are under long-term tension, fear, depression, etc., it will lead to poor blood circulation in the skin and insufficient nutrition, making the skin pale, wrinkled, and prematurely aged.
