What is the effect of washing your face with cold water?

However, we all know that if we want to achieve better skin care results, some methods of washing our faces are very important. What I want to introduce to you below is what skin care effects we can get if we use cold water to wash our faces.

Is it better to wash your face with cold water or hot water?

Whether to wash your face with hot or cold water is indeed a bit particular. Simply put, oily and combination skin are best washed with warm water, as hot water opens the pores and facilitates deep cleansing. The biggest benefit of washing your face with cold water is that it suddenly tightens your pores, which is very good for skin health. If you wash your face with cold water for a long time, you will find that you are not very afraid of cold. When I was young, I insisted on taking cold showers and I didn’t get sick even though I wore very little in the winter. The disadvantage is that it is not conducive to cleaning pores.

If your face is not too oily and your skin is normal, the healthiest way to wash your face is to use warm water to lather the cleanser, then massage gently for 1 minute, focusing on the T-zone area.

Aging skin: Wash your face with cold water in the morning. You can add some salt, preferably sea salt. You can also wash your face with cold strong tea or add fresh fruit juice to the water.
