1. Inhalation method.

2. Steam fumigation

Pour clean water into the water container of the aromatherapy burner, add 5-6 drops of lavender essential oil, light a candle and place it in the aromatherapy burner. Wait for the heat to slowly release the essential oil in the water. By mixing different essential oils and dropping them into the aromatherapy burner, different effects can be achieved, which helps to create different atmospheres.

3. Massage

Health massage usually starts from the back. Place your hands on both sides of the spine above the buttocks, palms down, and move along the sides of the vertebrae to the shoulders. When you reach the neck, point your hands outward, massaging both sides of the ribs while massaging the shoulders, then return to the starting point. The massage must be done in one go and never stop in the middle. Dilute 2-3 kinds of single essential oils, a total of 3 drops, in 3-4 ml of plant massage oil and massage the face, head, neck, shoulders or body. 4. Cold and hot compress

Add 3-6 drops of essential oil to cold (hot) water, stir evenly, soak a towel in it, wring it out, apply it on your face, and gently press the towel covering your face with both hands to allow the moisture with the essential oil to penetrate into the skin as much as possible. Repeat the above steps 5-10 times. When massaging body parts, the ratio of water to essential oil is about 200ML of cold or hot water to 5 drops of essential oil, and only 1 drop is needed for the face. Cold compresses can soothe, calm, comfort, and relieve pain, while hot compresses can help increase circulation, remove toxins, or increase skin permeability.
