Can fermented milk be used as a facial mask?

Fermented lactic acid bacteria, its main function is to increase gastric motility, so we often drink some yogurt, which is very good for the body. It can not only promote our gastrointestinal motility, can help us speed up the digestion of food, but also has many benefits for the general body. After drinking yogurt, we will feel particularly eager to go to the toilet, so can fermented milk be used to make facial masks?

Original fermented milk can be used as a facial mask. Fermented milk contains a large amount of lactic acid, is mild in effect, and is safe and reliable. Fermented milk uses lactic acid to act as a peeling mask. Daily use will make your skin soft and delicate.

How to make fermented milk mask:

Ingredients: one cup of fermented milk, appropriate amount of flour, and a small bowl.

Directions:

1. Wash your face, preferably with hot water, so that the facial pores are easy to expand, so as to facilitate the absorption of nutrients.

2. Apply the original fermented milk mask on your face, leave it on for 15 to 30 minutes, and then wash your face. Be sure to use warm water.

3. Use a cotton pad dipped in a little weak acid lotion to pat your face and let it dry naturally.

4. Finally, you can apply fermented milk on your face as a skin care product.

After using the fermented milk mask, there is no need to use another mask. However, before using the mask, a skin test is required. Some people with allergies can use it after a skin test shows no abnormal reaction.

In comparison, fresh milk or pure milk is definitely better. During the production process of fermented milk, bacteria, flavors, sugar, stabilizers and other things are generally added. From the perspective of skin care, these things are useless, but they may have certain effects when they penetrate into the skin. And as for other ingredients, the commonly used bacteria such as Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus are microorganisms after all, and there is no study to prove that applying these microorganisms on the face will be good for the skin.
