2. Use cosmetics with caution. Cosmetics are undoubtedly one of the items most likely to cause skin allergies. Even if some cosmetics are not allergens, they are likely to aggravate skin allergies. So be clear about the skin care products you use and how to use them. Try to avoid using strong, active cosmetics or those containing alcohol and other skin irritants. 4. Eat a balanced diet. Certain foods are also allergens, so be careful to identify them. Eating more brown rice and vegetables can improve allergic constitution. Because the red blood cells provided by brown rice and vegetables have strong vitality and no foreign proteins enter the bloodstream, they can prevent the occurrence of atopic dermatitis. Japanese experts have even developed food recipes for this purpose, such as pastries with millet and barnyard grass as the main ingredients, wheat flour and "low allergen rice" which all have this effect. According to nutritionists, onions and garlic contain anti-inflammatory compounds that can prevent the onset of allergies. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. A balanced diet should include plenty of fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C is a natural antihistamine, among which cabbage and citrus fruits are the best choices.

5. Maintain good personal hygiene. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the skin. Bedding, personal clothing, etc. should be washed and changed frequently. Note that these items should be rinsed clean, because detergent residue in clothes and towels may also irritate the skin.

6. Get enough sleep. Sleep has beauty benefits, and eight hours of sufficient sleep a day cannot be replaced by any skin care products.

Although skin allergies cannot be cured, it is still possible to avoid this situation if we pay more attention in daily life.
