You can apply some anti-itching topical medications or take some anti-itching and anti-allergic drugs to relieve it. Using a cool towel for cold compress is also a way to relieve itching. Don't wear sweaters or chemical fiber fabrics next to your body, wear more pure cotton clothes. In terms of diet, you should eat less spicy food and more fruits and vegetables and other foods rich in vitamin E and vitamin A; drink plenty of water to increase sebum and promote skin metabolism.

So in many cases, if the itching is not very severe, try to endure it and don't scratch it casually. You can use some moisturizing products on the dry and itchy areas. If the itching is severe, you can also apply some mint or other refreshing lotions (such as calamine lotion, cyprodinil cream, triamcinolone urea ointment, etc.) to relieve the symptoms and make the skin gradually return to normal; or you can use a towel soaked in cold water to apply cold compress to the local area to relieve the symptoms of itchy skin.
