1. Wash your face scientifically. Be sure to wash your face after going out in winter. It is best to wash your face with cold boiled water in winter. Fresh cold boiled water is in its best physiological state at 20℃ ~ 25℃ and is easily absorbed by skin cells. If there is no cold boiled water, you can use half a basin of cold water and add 1 teaspoon of boric acid to soften the water and wash your face. During the day, the temperature is lowest in the morning, second lowest in the evening, and highest at noon. Many beauty experts advocate washing your face alternately with cold, hot and warm water: use 20℃~25℃ cold water in the morning, 38℃~42℃ hot water at noon, and 35℃~37℃ warm water at night. This is consistent with the laws of natural change.

2. To prevent dry skin, eat more foods that nourish yin and moisten the lungs, such as sesame seeds and honey, and try to eat less irritating foods such as onions and garlic. Arrange your life reasonably, go to bed early and get up early, ensure enough sleep, keep your mind calm, restrain your spirit from the outside to the inside, keep yourself optimistic, prevent dry skin, and make yourself look energetic.

3. Rinse with milk once a week. It sounds like a waste, right? In fact, if you bathe with 1 liter of milk every week, your skin will be moisturized and fair. There is no harm in giving it a try. After all, milk is not an expensive luxury item nowadays. At least it is much cheaper than olive oil. Add 1 liter of fresh milk and 1 spoon of olive oil in a bathtub of water, soak for 5 minutes, the effect is very good. If you really don't want to take a bath, you can also add some milk in a basin of water and rinse continuously. Of course, immersion is much more effective than rinsing.

In winter, you must protect your skin from both the inside and the outside. Internally, you can eat more vegetables and fruits that are rich in water, and externally, you can use more skin care products for maintenance. In addition, you should also pay special attention to your diet and avoid eating too much spicy and irritating food, as this can easily cause many acne and other conditions on your skin. Do appropriate physical exercise.
