The nose is the most important of the human body's five facial features. If there are flaws on the nose, it will be easily noticed at first glance. However, since the skin on the nose is very thin, many people develop spots on the bridge of their nose due to long-term exposure to the sun. Spots on the bridge of the nose are not just caused by overexposure to the sun, but may also be caused by endocrine disorders in the human body. If a person has spots on the bridge of the nose, how should he treat it? There are many reasons for the formation of pigmentation spots. Of course, the treatment methods are also different, and the efficacy varies greatly. 1. Dark spots It is now mostly named occupational melanosis. It is caused by workers' long-term exposure to asphalt, coal tar, petroleum products or long-term inhalation of volatiles of these substances, which leads to chronic skin inflammation and eventual skin pigmentation. Therefore, when using and producing the above substances, improve operating methods and minimize the chance of contact. Install ventilation, exhaust and dust collection equipment to reduce the concentration of smoke and dust in the workshop. When transporting asphalt, necessary protective measures must be taken, preferably at night or on cloudy days; strengthen personal protection, wear work clothes, work hats, masks and gloves, and apply light-proof protective agents on exposed skin; those with severe dermatitis must stop contact and avoid sun exposure. If the rash has exudation and obvious redness and swelling, you can use 3% boric acid solution for wet compresses and apply zinc oxide oil externally. Patients with severe systemic symptoms can take corticosteroids and antihistamines, intravenously if necessary. Vitamin C has the effect of inhibiting the production of melanocytes. Large amounts of vitamin C can be given by intravenous drip and can be combined with multivitamin treatment. For local treatment of severe pigmentation, 3% hydroquinone cream or 5% white mercuric ointment can be applied externally. 2. Age spots Generally speaking, age spots will not cause any harm to the body. However, if you find age spots appearing widely on your body in a short period of time, or if you find a seborrheic keratotic rash that is hard to touch, has keratinization, or has bleeding or itching symptoms, you should go to the hospital for examination in time. To prevent and treat age spots, we should first adjust the fat content in food, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and take some drugs that inhibit fat peroxidation, such as vitamin E, C, B2, and semi-antioxidant, to prevent cell aging, reduce or delay the appearance of age spots. Participate in physical activities appropriately and avoid prolonged sun exposure and abnormal stimulation. For sun protection, you can use sunscreen. If the number of age spots is small, they can be removed by laser, freezing and other surgeries; or you can use the empirical method of patting the back of your hands three times a day until they turn red and hot, and then rub them 100 times. They will disappear on their own in about two to three months. 3. Freckles Freckles can be treated with chemical peeling (chemical burning), cryotherapy, dye laser surgery, mechanical grinding, etc. After the above surgical methods, the skin on the wound will darken in a short period of time and then slowly disappear. Taking oral vitamin C after surgery can promote the disappearance of pigmentation. At the same time, you should be careful to avoid strong sunlight and ultraviolet rays, and use sunscreen. It should be pointed out that the effectiveness of all current treatments varies from person to person. Even if there is a good effect at the time, there is no guarantee that there will be no recurrence in the future. Moreover, these treatments should be carried out in regular hospitals. 4. Pregnancy spots The best way is to cover it up with stretch mark cream. Never try to bleach it, as it will destroy the molecular structure of the skin and cause permanent damage. Most of the scars of pregnant women will naturally fade or disappear within three months after delivery. If they do not fade, you should consult a medical expert and slowly adjust the condition. Since pregnancy is a period when skin inflammation is more likely to occur, it is best to use professional skin care products for pregnancy. Try to avoid irritation, don't wear too heavy makeup, and be sure to apply sunscreen or bring a parasol or hat when taking a walk. |
