What is the order of facial scraping?

Many young people have facial skin problems early on due to excessive pressure from life and work, irregular work and rest schedules, etc. Facial scraping, as a safe Chinese medical beauty method, has a good effect on some common facial problems such as acne, spots, wrinkles, dark circles, etc. Facial massage improves the microcirculation of facial blood vessels, increases the flow of blood, lymph and body fluids, and allows the skin to get adequate nutrition, thus relieving wrinkles and having the effect of health care and skin beautification. Today I will introduce to you the order of facial scraping.

First of all, before starting the facial scraping beauty treatment, if you use cotton scraping, you must first soak the cotton pad with lotion. If you use a hard scraping board, you must first apply massage cream or beauty oil on the face and neck to reduce the friction between the beauty scraping board and the skin. Before scraping, you need to wake up the lymphatic system and notify them to start working to detoxify. If you feel a slight granular feeling under the skin during the following scraping techniques, it is a sign of poor lymphatic circulation.

1. From the Tinggong point (the middle of the connection between the ear and the cheek, which is a concave point when the mouth is open), follow the cheek contour downward and forward to the middle and lower part of the cheek, 5 times;

2. From the parotid node (the depression in the middle of the side of the cheek contour) along the cheek contour upward and backward to the Tinghui point (below the earlobe), 5 times;

3. From inside to outside at the clavicle, 5 times;

4. Change sides and repeat the above 3 steps.

The general direction of facial scraping beauty techniques is generally from top to bottom and from inside to outside. After awakening the lymphatic detoxification, start by lifting the forehead and gently scraping in small spirals. You can draw spirals in either clockwise or counterclockwise direction. If you have forehead wrinkles, use your other hand to open them up.

1. From the middle of the eyebrow to the widow's peak in the middle of the hairline, 1 to 2 times;

2. Start from the eyebrow and move upward at a 45-degree angle to the hairline, 1 to 2 times;

3. Start from the eyebrow and follow the eyebrow shape to the temple, 1 to 2 times;

4. Change sides and repeat steps 2 and 3 above.

As a branch of ancient Chinese medicine health care, facial scraping beauty technique is inseparable from acupoints. There are four main acupoints for lifting facial lines and increasing blood circulation. Before scraping the cheeks, it is best to use the small head of the beauty scraping board to press each acupoint for 5 seconds and then switch sides. The four main acupoints are Yingxiang, Juliao, Quanliao and Xiaguan. Their locations are from the side of the nose to the side of the temple as shown in the figure.

1. Yingxiang point, on the outer edge of the nose wing, in the nasolabial groove;

2. Juliao point, just below the pupil, at the same height as the nose wing;

3. Quanliao point, just below the outer corner of the eye, in the depression at the lower edge of the zygomatic bone;

4. Xiaguan point, in front of the ear, in the depression at the lower edge of the zygomatic arch.

When the facial scraping beauty technique enters the final stage of overall relaxation, you can use the large head of the beauty massage board and adopt flat scraping and sliding techniques.

1. From the center of the forehead to the temple, 2 to 3 times;

2. From Yingxiang point to Xiaguan point, from the lower edge of the lower lip to Tinggong point, 2 to 3 times;

3. From the chin to the Tinghui point, 2 to 3 times;

4. From below the earlobe along the outside of the neck to the clavicle, 2 to 3 times;

5. Change sides and repeat the above 4 steps.

Things to note when scraping your face: The technique must be gentle. Hold the fish-shaped scraping board and scrape lightly along the meridians. Do not use excessive force.

The above is the little knowledge I introduced to you about the order of facial scraping. Regular facial scraping can help you relieve fatigue, enhance blood circulation, and lift facial lines. The temperature of the skin will increase slightly during scraping, which can accelerate skin metabolism and promote the natural excretion of toxins in the body. It not only promotes smooth blood circulation in the face and improves the skin's own immunity, but also cares for the skin pores, maintains the elasticity of the fibers, and improves problematic skin.
