Excessive fatigue: When you are overly tired and do not get enough rest, the autonomic nervous system will be disordered and the blood circulation in the blood vessels will be poor, causing venous blood congestion in the orbicularis oculi muscle and eyelid skin. Because venous blood is darker in color, dark gray circles appear on the eyelids.

4. Trauma: Contusion of the eye socket or eyelid can cause subcutaneous bleeding, resulting in the appearance of "dark circles".

2. Massage method to eliminate dark circles

1. Start from the oculomotor muscles (lower eye bags) of the lower eyelids and massage lightly in a spiral motion towards the end of the eye.

1. Tea bag eye mask
