How to remove dental plaque?

The causes of dental plaque are very complex. It is caused by food residues and other substances. At the same time, abnormal oral acidity and alkalinity in an individual may create conditions that make it easy for dental plaque to form. Therefore, on the one hand, we should pay attention to good oral hygiene habits to prevent it, and at the same time pay attention to people's vitamin deficiencies and other conditions. We should eat more fruits and vegetables in our diet to provide beneficial supplements of vitamins.

1. Brush your teeth with toothpaste containing "pyrophosphate" or "zinc citrate" to prevent tartar.

2. Dental plaque and tartar cause dental plaque accumulation. Soft tartar is formed about 15 hours after a meal and can be removed by flushing with a variable frequency water flosser. Soft dental calculus causes tooth decay and gingivitis - bleeding when brushing teeth, tooth sensitivity, periodontal swelling and pain, etc.

3. Professional teeth cleaning: The purpose of professional cleaning is to remove tartar, rust and plaque. Tartar causes gum recession, exposed tooth roots and tooth loss; tooth rust causes bad breath, and dental plaque causes periodontitis and gingivitis.

4. Vinegar method: Take some vinegar in your mouth, gargle in your mouth for 2-3 minutes, spit it out, then brush your teeth with a toothbrush, and finally rinse your mouth with warm water. Or when brushing your teeth, add two drops of vinegar to the toothpaste and persist for a while to remove tartar.

5. White alum toothbrushing method: Grind 50 grams of white alum into powder, dip some of it with a toothbrush and brush your teeth twice a day to remove yellow tartar.

6. Cuttlefish bone toothbrushing method: Take 50 grams of cuttlefish bone and grind it into fine powder. Mix it with toothpaste and brush your teeth twice a day to remove black tartar. The above are all simple methods to remove dental plaque. As long as you can keep your teeth free of dental plaque, tartar will not form.

If you have never had dental plaque cleaned, there must be a lot of it. At this time, you must go to a professional institution for teeth cleaning and other treatments. Develop the habit of brushing your teeth in the morning and evening and rinsing your mouth after eating. Do not use a toothpick to remove food from between your teeth. Use dental floss instead. This will not only avoid oral hygiene problems but also provide good protection for your gums.
