Papaya Beauty Soup

3. Papaya milk coconut juice

Ingredients: 1/2 papaya, 250cc fresh milk, 1 tablespoon honey, 50cc coconut juice, 1/2 cup crushed ice.

Method: Peel the papaya, cut it in half, remove the seeds, and cut it into pieces. Put all the ingredients into a juicer and blend for about 30 seconds, then pour it out and drink it.

Efficacy: It is rich in vitamin C and carotene, can effectively relieve fatigue, and is also helpful for people with indigestion.

4. Papaya Milk Dew

Ingredients: 600g papaya, 1 cup of fresh milk, half cup of coconut milk, 200g sugar, 3 tablespoons corn flour.

Method: Remove the core and skin of the papaya and cut into pieces. Add sugar to two cups of water and bring to a boil. Then add papaya pieces, milk and coconut milk and bring to a boil over low heat. Mix corn flour with half a cup of water, gradually add it into the milk and cook until it becomes thick.

Efficacy: Regular consumption of foods made from papaya can make the skin smooth.
