The factors that cause acne on the back are very similar to those that cause acne on the face. However, if it is on the back, it will be much more difficult to take care of it. Many friends even scratch the pimples on the back directly, which is wrong. So, what should we do if pimples appear on the back?

1. Some people get acne on their backs due to bacterial growth. In this case, you must pay attention to personal hygiene, change clothes frequently, and take a bath frequently. It is best to use sanitary cleaning products such as sterilizing soap to sterilize the body, and take a bath with hot water frequently. Hot water can effectively wash away excess sebum secretions from the skin and prevent bacterial growth.

2. In addition to washing clothes frequently, pillowcases should also be changed and washed frequently, quilts and mats should be cleaned regularly, and it is best to expose them to the sun frequently to use sunlight to kill bacteria. If there is no direct sunlight in the bedroom or the room is insufficiently lit, it is easy for bacteria to breed. 3. Improper diet can also cause acne on the back, such as eating a lot of greasy, spicy, fried and other foods. In this case, you should pay attention to reducing or avoiding the consumption of fried foods, eat more fruits and vegetables, and mainly use light methods such as steaming or boiling for meat dishes.

4. Sometimes, it is the body's heat and inflammation that can cause acne on the back. In this case, you should drink more water. Water can promote metabolism, detoxify and beautify the skin. You can use chrysanthemum and dried pear with rock sugar to make tea, which is good for clearing away internal heat and fever. You can also stew pears with rock sugar and drink it.

5. Irregular work and rest schedules and frequent staying up late will lead to excessive sebum secretion. In addition, lack of exercise and insufficient sweat will cause sebum to accumulate in the pores, which can easily lead to acne on the back. Therefore, you should maintain a regular schedule, try to avoid staying up late, and try to maintain a moderate amount of exercise.

6. Excessively dry air in the living and working environment, especially in an air-conditioned environment, can easily lead to long-term accumulation of static electricity in the human body, affecting sebum secretion and pore patency, and inducing acne on the back. Therefore, a humidifier or the like can be used to maintain the appropriate humidity of the ambient air.
