What I want to discuss with you today is the issue of face washing. Many people may think that washing the face is a simple thing and there is no need to know the steps and methods. But there are a lot of mites on people's faces, which cannot be seen with the naked eye, but under a microscope, you can see them very clearly. In addition to mites, there are other bacteria on the face. If you don't wash your face correctly, your face will not be washed clean. It is easy to get acne and produce oil, so everyone still needs to wash their face well. Introduce the steps and techniques of washing face in detail.

1. Pay attention to the time of washing your face

The time for washing your face should not be too long each time. The cleansing product should not be left on the face for more than 1 minute. Otherwise, excessive cleansing will wash away the skin's own protective oil layer. The face will feel very dry after washing and the pores will become larger.

2. Use warm water for cleaning and cold water for washing

Use warm water to open the pores, massage them moderately with cleanser or facial cleanser to let them take away the dirt, then rinse with clean water and close the pores with cold water. Be sure to use cold water for the last time. The purpose of cold water is to tighten the pores, exercise the contraction of the pores, and maintain good elasticity.

How to wash your face

1. First, wet your face with warm water to fully open the pores so that the dirt in the pores can be completely cleaned out.

2. Then squeeze out a small amount of Park Ji Lan Cleansing Cream and rub it into the palm of your hand to create foam (it’s better to have a facial cleanser), because the high-concentration amino acid cleansing cream is particularly skin-friendly and tender, but there won’t be too much foam, so you don’t have to worry about not being able to wash it clean.

3. When washing your face, don't wash too hard to avoid wrinkles. Wash your face from bottom to top. This method can fight skin aging, activate skin metabolism, and make your skin full of vitality after washing your face. Then rinse your face with clean water.

4. Washing your face with honey is the most effective in anti-aging. After washing your face with cleansing cream, add 2 to 3 drops of honey to a small amount of warm water, wet your entire face with it, and gently pat and massage your face for 5 minutes and let it dry naturally.

5. Rinse your face with plenty of water, remembering to check your hairline for any residue.

6. If the weather is dry, apply some lotion after washing your face to lock in moisture.
