4. You must have bowel movements and avoid staying up late. Daily bowel movements are very important for excreting toxins from the body. You can also do half an hour of aerobic exercise to excrete toxins through the sweat glands. The most important thing is not to stay up late, otherwise, it is easy to accumulate toxins and cause acne.
