There are many types of acne, which mainly occurs in teenagers. Acne is mainly a chronic skin problem that occurs in the hair follicles and sebaceous glands. Types of acne 1. Dot-shaped blackheads: Blackheads are cheese-like semi-solid substances that clog the opening of the sebaceous glands of the hair follicles. If you squeeze it with pressure, you can see the fat plug with a black head and a yellowish-white, translucent body being discharged;

Types of acne 2. Papular acne: mainly small inflammatory papules, as small as millet or as big as peas, relatively hard, light red to dark red in color, with a blackhead in the center or a sebum plug that has not yet turned black on the top;

Types of acne 3. Pustular acne: Mainly characterized by pustules, which are as small as grains of rice or as large as mung beans. Generally, pustules are formed on the tops of follicular pustules and papules. The pus is thicker after it breaks, and shallow scars may be left after it heals.

Types of acne 4. Nodular acne: Nodular acne varies in size, some are deep, some are prominently raised and hemispherical or conical, and are light red or purple in color;

Types of acne 5. Atrophic acne: ruptured pustules, or naturally absorbed papular acne and pustular acne can cause fibrosis and atrophy;

Types of acne 6. Cystic acne: These are sebaceous cysts of varying sizes. It often develops into a suppurative infection, and bloody gelatinous pus may flow out after rupture, but the inflammation is usually not severe, and sinus tracts and scars may form later.

Types of acne 7. Conglobate acne: The most serious type of skin damage, the skin lesions are polymorphic, consisting of many comedones, papules, pustules, abscesses, cysts, as well as sinus tracts, scars, and keloids.
