Breasts are an important sexual characteristic of women and are also one of the important criteria for judging whether a woman’s figure is not good. If a woman's breasts are full and round, her figure will naturally be more advantageous. However, many women have problems with poor breast development, or their breasts sag due to childbirth and breastfeeding. These breast problems can be solved through autologous fat breast augmentation surgery. 1. Indications 1. Women with flat breasts or sagging breasts, but with more fat in the waist, abdomen and lower body. 2. People with congenital or acquired (trauma, burns, drug use) soft tissue dysplasia. 3. Those whose body parts are asymmetrical in circumference and volume. 4. Those who need injection and transplantation sites with local depression caused by non-fibrous contraction factors. 5. Except for those with degree III sagging breasts. 6. Those who are in good health and have no acute or chronic diseases. 2. Precautions before surgery 1. Have a physical examination before the operation to ensure that you are in good health and mental condition, and can correctly view the effect of the operation, and have no serious organ disease, coagulation disease, diabetes, immune disease, or neuromotor dysfunction; 2. There is no local infection focus at the surgical site; 3. Do not take anticoagulant drugs or aspirin half a month before the operation; 4. Female patients should avoid menstruation as much as possible, take a bath before surgery and keep clean. 5. In order to avoid being unable to distinguish between breast tumors and calcified fat particles in the future, do not inject fat into the breast gland, which may interfere with breast cancer screening. 7. Do not transplant too much autologous fat for breast augmentation. It is recommended to limit each side to 150CC. The microvessels in the chest cannot supply too much fat cell metabolism nutrients at one time. The amount at a single point should not exceed 0.5CC. 3. Postoperative precautions 1. Minimize activities as much as possible after surgery to facilitate recovery and reduce swelling, but bed rest is not necessary; 2. Use elastic bandages as much as possible within half a month after surgery to elevate the affected limb to avoid hematoma and help tighten the skin; 3. Take oral anti-inflammatory drugs for 3 to 5 days as prescribed by your doctor; 4. Keep lying flat while sleeping. Do not massage within one month after surgery to avoid squeezing and affecting the growth of microvessels into fat. |
