Acne becomes hard and won't go away

It is normal to get acne, and most of them will go away on their own in a few days. But what if some pimples become hard and never disappear? It may turn into scars, which is for people with scar-prone constitution. Alternatively, the acne may be severely clogged and unable to expel impurities. No matter which type it is, don't squeeze the pimple, because pimples are ultimately made up of oil and dirt that cannot be discharged. Failure to squeeze them properly can cause infection and secondary damage.

Although hypertrophic acne scars are called acne scars and are very difficult to heal, they are actually closed acne that is trapped inside the skin and can grow out when stimulated or when the weather is too hot.

Blackheads and whiteheads are the result of dirt on the skin surface, and acne is the result of pores being clogged and skin oil and dirt being unable to be discharged. If it becomes serious, it will turn into pus-filled acne. The most serious are nodules and hyperplastic acne. This is easier to understand.

If you take good care of the blackheads, whiteheads and mild acne, they will recover in a few days. The skin's metabolic cycle is 28 days. Don't even think about the latter types for at least a month. The difference lies in how deeply the skin is eroded.

Some people may ask whether they should squeeze pimples. It is best not to do so. Pimples have a physiological process and will still grow if squeezed. If you squeeze them incorrectly and pus remains, your wound will become inflamed again and leave scars! If you do not disinfect the wound properly and the wound is infected with bacteria, it will also become inflamed again and leave scars! It is not ruled out that some people can do these two points perfectly, but the vast majority of people cannot. Because it is impossible to see with the naked eye whether there is any pus remaining or whether there is any bacterial infection. By the time you realize it, it's too late.

I had a hormone test at the hospital and tried some topical medications combined with oral medications. It worked for a while, but the result was only a temporary solution and the disease would relapse.

The following is a post recommended by Encyclopedia, and I cured it according to the method

Some tips for acne:

1. Pay attention to cleaning, but it must be gentle and non-irritating. The facial milk must be gentle.

2. You need to be careful with essential oils which are quite irritating. Reduce the use of various skin care products. Don’t use some concealer just because of low self-esteem, no matter how refreshing the isolation is.

3. Diet
