Chin injection method

Nowadays, with the continuous advancement of cosmetic technology, hyaluronic acid has been widely used in the medical plastic surgery industry. Hyaluronic acid has many advantages. For example, it can be used to fill in the nasolabial folds and fill in the hollows of the temples relatively safely, making people look younger and their foreheads fuller and rounder. Nowadays, many people choose to use hyaluronic acid to augment their chins to make their imperfect chins look better.

1. Function: Fill depressions and true or static wrinkles.

2. Ingredients and principles: Hyaluronic acid, which achieves the effect of filling depressions by increasing tissue volume.

2. Operation process

1. Performing a temple injection

The temple has dense vascular plexus and thin fat layer. After defining the injection range before surgery, the direction of blood vessels should be carefully observed and the appropriate needle insertion position should be selected. The appropriate position is: the junction of the dermis and the fat layer. The injection should be even and the needle must be withdrawn before insertion to avoid injection into the arteries and veins. The injection of the temple should not be excessive, just an appropriate amount. When encountering a blood vessel during injection, the needle should be inserted through the lower side of the blood vessel wall, avoiding regional blood vessels as much as possible.

1. Shape

Lengthening: The needle eye is tilted downward, and the needle is inserted from both sides of the chin to the middle, and then the shape is shaped according to the customer's own situation.

Lifting: From the middle line of the lower lip bead to the halfway point of the chin, the needle is inserted vertically, and then the chin is wrapped and shaped to determine the lengthening point and the lifting point of the chin to facilitate the postoperative shape required by the customer.

Rounded: Observe the shape of the customer's chin, add volume to the concave and convex parts, and make sure the edges are well connected without any gaps.

(1) Chin is crooked or asymmetrical: Fill the defect directly and then check whether the two sides are symmetrical.

(2) Depression (with scars): Communicate clearly with the customer first. The scar may become more obvious after the operation. The effect will be better for depression without scars.

(3) Ask the customer to tense and determine the shape of the chin and the area to be injected

Note: If the chin is filled in the subcutaneous fat layer, if it is too shallow and the amount is too much, it will feel uncomfortable and appear shiny.

(1) Insert the needle along the corner of the mouth along the nasolabial fold to the root of the nose

(2) Depending on the customer's own situation, the dot method and the line method can be used. If the wrinkles are shallow and short, use the line method; if the wrinkles are long and deep, use a cotton swab to press the needle insertion point and the nasolabial folds to avoid the loss of hyaluronic acid.

Note: Do not inject above the nose wing to avoid pressure that may affect the shape of the nose.

4. Sunken forehead

Master the principles. If a large amount is needed, it is best to inject it several times at different times. Generally, it can be done once every 15 days. When injecting, press the injection site evenly after each injection. It is better to have less rather than more, because the capacity of the forehead is limited. If too much is injected, there is a possibility of loss.
