Tips and methods for removing spots and lightening spots

Spots on the face are generally caused by pigmentation, common ones include chloasma, freckles, sun spots, etc. The presence of spots on the face has a great impact on our image, and things like freckles are hereditary. Densely packed on the face are very ugly and difficult to solve. However, there is no way out. You can try some techniques and methods to remove and lighten freckles.

Method 1: Eggs and vinegar whitening and freckle removal

Wash a fresh egg and soak it in 500 ml of high-quality vinegar for about 30 days. After the eggshells are dissolved in the vinegar, take a small spoonful of the solution and mix it into a cup of boiling water. Stir well and drink one cup a day. As long as you insist on taking this vinegar and egg liquid for a long time, you can make your skin smooth and delicate, and remove various dark spots on your face.

Method 2: Pure natural milk whitening and freckle removal

The method is very simple. First prepare a small cup of fresh milk and steam your face with steam. Then soak a cotton pad with fresh milk, apply it on your face for about 15 minutes, then remove it and wash off the milk on your face with clean water. If you persist in applying this method on your face, your skin tone will become whiter and more even.

Method 3: Aloe vera leaves, cucumber and pearl powder for pure natural whitening and freckle removal

First, prepare an aloe vera leaf that is three fingers wide and two fingers long, and should have spots on it. Remove the thorns and wash it clean. Then prepare a cucumber, an appropriate amount of flour, an egg white and two to three grams of pearl powder. Put aloe vera and cucumber into a juicer, squeeze the juice and pour it into a small bowl. Then add egg white, pearl powder and appropriate amount of flour and mix into a paste. Then clean your face, apply the prepared facial mask on your face, wait for it to dry completely, then wash your face again. Finally, apply toner and skin care products. You can do this once or twice a week.

Method 4: Tomato juice

Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C. It is well known that vitamin C is one of the most effective ingredients for whitening and removing spots. It can reduce the formation of melanin in the skin and thus eliminate facial spots. Just drink a glass of tomato juice every day to make your skin white and flawless.

Method 5: Cucumber porridge

First prepare a cucumber, 100 grams of rice, and 10 grams of ginger. Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices, cut the ginger into shreds, then put the washed rice into 1000 grams of boiling water and boil for 40 minutes. Add ginger and cucumber when the rice is almost cooked. Drink it twice a day, and slowly you will find that your skin becomes very shiny and the spots on your face gradually fade.

Method 6: Rock sugar lemon juice

Lemon is a natural "warehouse" of vitamin C. 100 grams of lemon contains up to 50 mg of vitamin C. It also contains other ingredients that are beneficial to the skin. Squeeze fresh lemons into juice, then add appropriate amount of rock sugar. Drinking it regularly can whiten your skin and eliminate facial spots.

Method 7: Black Fungus and Red Dates Soup

Black fungus can help remove facial dark spots, has the effect of moisturizing the skin, and can prevent skin aging. Red dates have the effect of strengthening the spleen and moisturizing the skin. Boil red dates and black fungus into soup and drink it once in the morning and evening. It is very effective in removing facial spots.

Method 8: One bag of milk a day

I usually make a facial mask with a mixture of milk and pearl powder, which is cheap and effective.
