Also don't let your hands slide. The massage should move slowly from the center of the forehead to the temples, then change hands and do the same massage movements for 1 to 2 minutes each time, and do it 2 to 3 times. Place the tips of your four fingers on your hands on the middle of your forehead in an arch shape and press for 5 seconds.

Step 4: Finally, slowly expand your fingers and press your forehead for 5 seconds when there is a 1 cm gap between them. Then expand the space between your fingers until the two fingers move to your temple and press for 5 seconds. Finally, place your arched fingers horizontally across your eyebrows and press for 5 seconds. Then move upwards toward the hairline at the same distance as above, pressing for 5 seconds each time you change the distance.

Special tip: Anti-aging products can be used together with massage for better results. You can also mix appropriate amounts of white vinegar and honey and make a nourishing mask to apply on your forehead once every night.
