I believe everyone has taken a bath. Some people who pay attention to their lives like to take a bath with Chinese herbal medicine. Among them, perilla can be used for bathing. Perilla is a Chinese herbal medicine that is good for the human body. It belongs to a plant system. Its efficacy and functions are also quite special. Some people will use it to take a bath. There are certain benefits for taking a bath, but many people don’t know it. So what are the efficacy and functions of perilla bathing?

Perilla is a relatively common Chinese medicine, and its leaves also have a good health-care effect, especially in preventing cough, relieving cough and reducing phlegm. If your baby has a cough, you can add perilla leaves when taking a bath. It has a certain effect in treating cough and helping to reduce fever. In summer, it also has the effect of relieving itching and removing prickly heat, and has a certain effect of cooling down.

1. Stop itching and remove prickly heat: Summer is here, it is normal for babies to have prickly heat, but new mothers will be anxious and wonder if there is a better way. If you use floral water and prickly heat powder on your baby and it still doesn't get better, you might as well boil a basin of wormwood water for your baby to wash. It should be very effective after two times!

Add 30 grams of wormwood to water and boil it in a pot for 15 minutes. The thicker the better. When the wormwood water is warm, use a towel to wipe the baby's prickly heat areas. Then pour the wormwood water into a basin, adjust the water temperature, and bathe the baby. After washing the baby with wormwood water, do not use any shower gel or clean water to rinse!

2. Help reduce fever: Taking a bath with dried perilla leaves can also help reduce fever. Perilla leaves have the effects of aromatic clearing turbidity, relieving exterior symptoms with pungent warmth, and dispersing superficial cold. They have a strong diaphoretic effect and are a common medicine for colds. They are also often used to treat skin diseases. When made into a medicinal bath, they can enhance the circulation of qi and blood in the body and on the skin surface, open the pores, and expel toxins through the opening and closing of the pores with sweat, helping to reduce fever.

3. Treatment of skin diseases: Since perilla leaves can effectively promote sweating when entering the body to stop vomiting, they can enhance the blood circulation in the body and skin, and open the pores in the body to the maximum extent, so that sweat and toxins can be completely discharged from the body, so it can treat skin diseases. It is recommended that if you want to use perilla leaves to treat skin diseases, it is best to choose a medicated bath.
