1. Neck exercises

First, relax your head and neck naturally, and slowly turn your chin toward your shoulder. When your chin reaches your shoulder, stay there for a few seconds, then

2. Stand against the wall after eating

Squeeze your hips and press your entire back against the wall, with your hips, back, legs, waist, head, etc. as close to the wall as possible. Stand for at least 15 minutes every day after lunch and dinner, and you will see results in a week. Not only will your waist and abdomen become slimmer, but your legs, neck, and face will also become slimmer.

3. Sleep on your back

It is very important to keep a lying flat posture when sleeping to prevent the formation of neck wrinkles. This can directly prevent the neck skin from being compressed and wrinkled for a long time. Sleeping on the side will not only easily deepen the horizontal lines on the neck, but also cause the skin on the face to be compressed and become loose or produce wrinkles. In addition, the pillow used when resting should not be too high, otherwise even if you maintain a lying flat sleeping position, the skin on your neck will remain wrinkled for a long time, increasing the chances of neck lines forming or deepening.
