How to take care of acne scars

Acne on the face is a very common thing. Due to the current high pressure, irregular lifestyle, and frequent staying up late, some pimples will appear on the face under such circumstances for a long time, indicating that there is a problem with the body. If you do not adjust your lifestyle habits at this time, the situation will become worse. When the pimples on the face form scars, we need to do some care, otherwise it is likely to leave traces of acne on the face.

1. Use massage to remove acne scars

Massage can promote blood circulation in the facial skin and enhance the skin's repair ability. Therefore, scars that have just shed blood can be removed by massage.

Method: First apply some skin care products with repair function on your face, then gently rub the scar with the base of your palm, do this 3 times a day, each time for about 10 minutes. If you persist in massaging for about two weeks, the scars will fade or even disappear.

2. Ginger slices to remove acne scars

Ginger has the effect of inhibiting the growth of granulation tissue and can be used to weaken and inhibit the growth of scars.

Method: Cut fresh ginger into slices, gently wipe the scar with the slices, and then apply the ginger slices to the scar area, change the ginger slices every 3-5 minutes, and repeat this 3 times. If you persist in this application for two weeks, you can fade the scar and make the skin on the scar area white and tender.

3. Apply vitamin C and vitamin E to remove acne scars

If the scar is dark in color, you can apply vitamin C on the scar. Vitamin C has a good whitening effect and can effectively reduce pigmentation in the scar area, allowing the scar to gradually return to the color of healthy skin. Vitamin E can enhance the elasticity of the skin, and can penetrate the surface skin, deep into the subcutaneous tissue, and repair damaged areas. Therefore, vitamin E can also be used to remove scars.

Method: Apply vitamin C and vitamin E on the scar and gently massage for 10 minutes. If you persist for a long time, you can effectively lighten the scar.

4. Diet therapy to remove acne scars

Acne scars are largely caused by the skin's poor healing ability. There are some foods that can speed up your skin's ability to heal:

1) Lily, mung bean, snow fungus and lotus seeds all have the effect of evening out skin tone.

2) Eat more fruits and vegetables containing vitamin C and vitamin A. Vegetables: broccoli, cabbage, green vegetables, etc.

Fruits: kiwi, cherry, tomato, lemon, strawberry, etc.
