1. Rose tea

This is the simplest method, but it is also extremely useful. For conditions such as dark yellow face, poor blood circulation, and dysmenorrhea on women, regular drinking of rose tea can provide some relief. Over time, the blood circulation will naturally flow smoothly, and the complexion will become rosy and healthy.

2. Rose mud

Take about 30 dried roses, pick the petals and soak them in warm water for a while, then drain the water and set aside. Add a little water to the pot, put the petals into the pot and boil. After the water boils, turn to low heat and cook slowly until the water is almost dry. Then pour in honey and stir evenly into a paste. Take a small amount every day and mix it with boiled water to drink or eat it as jam with bread.

Appropriate amounts of rose, white fungus, lotus seeds, lily, longan and lean meat. Remove the roots of white fungus, remove the core of longan, cut lean meat into shreds, wash everything except rose, put them into a pot, add water and boil, then simmer on low heat for one hour, add seasoning and it is ready to eat. 4. Rose Bath

Take an appropriate amount of rose flowers and add water to boil, then add the water to the bath water, or wait for the water to cool down a little before washing your face. This flower water can make your face rosy and your skin tender.

5. Chrysanthemum and Rose Drink

Put 6 roses, 6 white chrysanthemums, 10 grams of Poria cocos, 6 grams of Angelica dahurica, 5 lotus seeds and 3 dates into a casserole and add 500 ml of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove the residue and take the juice. Add a few drops of honey when drinking to make the taste sweeter.
