Massage method 1:

2. Place your fingers on the philtrum between the nasolabial folds on both sides and slide them from the center to the outside.

3. Slide your fingers upward from the bottom of the lips, as if you are trying to pull the corners of the mouth upwards. This can prevent sagging and fine lines around the lips, thereby achieving the effect of eliminating nasolabial folds.

4. Use your thumb and index finger to gently pinch the surface of the skin along the nasolabial folds from bottom to top, and repeat three to five times. This action can stimulate the skin's surface tissue and gradually smooth out wrinkles.

Massage method 2:

1. Use the ten fingers of both hands to press the points on the cheekbones and pronounce the sound of the letter "O". You can exercise the buccal muscles. Use the same massage movements, but pronounce the "E" sound instead, and you can noticeably feel your face become firmer. Perform each step 30 times to restore the loose skin where the nasolabial folds occur to a firm state, thereby eliminating the nasolabial folds.

2. Press the middle finger on the cheek area, and the index and ring fingers on the nasolabial folds to make the sound of the letter "O". Keeping the same hand movements, pronounce the "E" sound instead, opening your mouth as far as possible to the sides. Do each step 10 times.

3. Lift the corners of your mouth and open them to the sides, while continuing to make a smiling expression. While stretching the corners of your mouth to the sides, press the cheekbone points 30 times with the ten fingers of both hands. This can improve the depth of the lines from the corners of the mouth to the chin, that is, the nasolabial folds.
