There are three types of skin. This is determined by the secretion state of the sebaceous glands on the skin. This secretion will form a thin oily film on the surface of the skin, which plays a role in moisturizing and protecting the skin.

The first type is oily skin, which is characterized by rough texture, large pores, greasy and shiny face, easy to get acne, easy to fall off makeup after application, but not easy to wrinkle; the second type is dry skin, that is, less oil secretion, white and tender skin, less obvious pores, clean and beautiful.

However, it cannot withstand wind and sun, lacks sufficient oil and lubricity, is dry, and easily peels; the third type is standard skin, which has moderate oil secretion, appears neutral, is insensitive to external stimuli, has the characteristics of both oily and dry skin, has fine texture, is shiny and smooth, not rough, has small pores, has an oily film on the surface, and has moderate humidity. Almost everyone's skin is not of one type.

For example, someone may have dry cheeks, oily forehead and nose, and normal skin on the rest of the body.

So you can't treat your skin mechanically. The surface oil layer of oily skin can delay the growth of wrinkles and the aging process of the face. Women with dry skin often have beautiful complexion when they are young, but it is very easy to deteriorate.

If you have oily skin when you are young, your skin will become drier as you age, and you will need to change the cleansers you are used to using.

For many people, the water will evaporate in an instant after washing their face when the weather is dry. Therefore, choosing a good facial cleanser is the most important thing. In order to prevent the face from drying out and flaking, we divide the skin into several types: oily skin, dry skin, and allergic skin. People with this type of skin should eat more foods rich in carbohydrates, such as kelp, apples, green vegetables, celery, etc.
