Can plastic surgery remove freckles?

I believe that many older women have been struggling to remove freckles and have never turned back. There is a big difference between freckles and other skin phenomena. Because freckles grow from deep inside the skin, they are difficult to remove. The most obvious method of removing freckles is laser removal, but laser removal of freckles also has a certain recurrence rate. In modern society, many people choose to have plastic surgery, but can it remove freckles?

1: Laser Among the current medical spot removal weapons, laser is the well-deserved "king of snipers". Without damaging normal skin, it can transmit a light beam of specific wavelength through the epidermis, accurately reach the root of the spots, find the source of the spots, destroy pigment cells and pigment particles, and the fragments are processed and absorbed by the macrophages in the body, which is safe and does not leave scars. After thorough laser treatment, freckles will not grow back.

2: Intense pulsed light Intense pulsed light is particularly suitable for the treatment of Asians and other pigmented skin types. The principle of removing spots is similar to that of laser. Its unique wide-spectrum therapeutic light enters the skin, causing the pigments and pigment cells in the freckles to heat, solidify and wither, thereby achieving the ideal freckle removal effect. Generally, 3-5 treatments are required, with a treatment interval of 3 weeks. Generally, significant results can be seen after 1-2 treatments. There is no need to stop work or take a vacation after treatment, which is very convenient.

3: Liquid nitrogen freezing Liquid nitrogen freezing was a method used in the past to remove freckles. The principle is to spray low-temperature liquid nitrogen onto the spots to rapidly lower the local temperature of the spots, freezing the diseased skin to necrosis and shedding. Although this method has certain effects in the short term, it also has great disadvantages: due to the damage to the underlying tissue of the skin's epidermis, skin problems such as red blood streaks, skin allergies, pigmentation rebound, etc. will appear one after another.

4: Chemical corrosive agent: This method generally involves applying a 50% concentration of trinitrocarbonic acid solution or alkaline agents such as sodium hydroxide on the mole. After about a week, the local area will scab and fall off, thus removing the freckles. The effect of trinitrocarbonic acid solution is slower, and deeper moles may need to be treated 10 times; sodium hydroxide is not easy to control the corrosion depth and may cause deep scars.

Experts remind: With the development of laser beauty technology, laser has become the main means of treating various types of pigmentation. However, the methods used in the past, such as freezing, electric burning, and chemical corrosion, have now been basically eliminated due to their obvious shortcomings. In addition, the laser and intense pulsed light methods of spot removal have strict requirements on the doctor's operating techniques and the treatment instruments used. It is recommended to be performed in a regular medical institution to avoid causing unnecessary harm to the body.
