Due to exposure to ultraviolet rays, the skin's stratum corneum is damaged and the skin surface becomes rough. Because the accumulation of melanin causes the skin to become dark and yellow, it requires continuous sun protection 365 days a year to block all external factors that may harm the skin. At the same time, you also need to take vitamin C drinks or granules every day, and you should eat more whitening foods such as purple rice, black rice and tomatoes.

2. Oxidation of cuticle

Free radicals cause skin aging, the stratum corneum is oxidized and the complexion appears yellow and dull. The causes of keratin oxidation include electromagnetic waves in life, computer radiation, smoking, and lack of sleep.

Due to keratin oxidation caused by external factors, you need to eat more foods that enhance skin resistance, such as honey lemon water, which can resist radiation and ultraviolet rays. At the same time, you also need to apply a layer of isolation cream or sunscreen on the skin and reapply it every 4 hours.
