What are the main types of skin classification?

The skin and mucous membrane tissues play a great role in our immunity. The skin of people with different physiques will also show different conditions. The more common ones we usually see are oily skin, allergic skin, etc. For the care of different skins, we need to use different skin care products and adjust through the dietary structure. The specific adjustment method should be determined according to the human body constitution.

Oily skin has rough and thick skin with obvious pores, some of which are large and resemble orange peel. Excessive sebum secretion, especially on the face and T-zone, with visible oiliness; rough skin texture, easily susceptible to pollution; weak antibacterial ability, prone to acne; poor adhesion, makeup easily falls off; better able to withstand external stimuli, less prone to aging, and facial wrinkles appear later.

Neutral skin is smooth, delicate, and shiny, with fine pores and moderate oil and moisture. It looks rosy, smooth, flawless, and elastic. It is not very sensitive to external stimuli, is less likely to cause wrinkles, and makeup is not easy to fall off after application. More common in adolescent girls. The skin changes greatly with the seasons, being drier in the winter and oilier in the summer.

Dry skin has a delicate and thin texture, with unclear pores, less and even sebum secretion, and no greasy feeling. The skin is relatively dry and looks clean, delicate and beautiful. This type of skin is less prone to acne and has strong adhesion, so makeup is not easy to fall off after application. However, dry skin cannot withstand external stimuli such as wind and sun. After being stimulated, the skin will become flushed or even burning. It is easy to get wrinkles due to aging, especially in front of the eyes and corners of the mouth.

Combination skin is skin that has two different properties at the same time. Generally, the forehead, wings of the nose, and chin are oily, with large pores, excessive oil secretion, and even acne may occur, while other parts, such as the cheeks, show the characteristics of dry or neutral skin.

Sensitive skin: The skin is delicate and fair, with less sebum secretion and is drier. Its most notable feature is that it can easily cause skin allergies after contact with cosmetics, resulting in redness, swelling, itching, etc. It is also easy to cause allergies to scorching sun, pollen, mosquito bites and high-protein foods.

If you want to take better care of your skin and achieve a skin as smooth as cream, you need to adjust it according to your physique and skin condition. You can determine your skin type through a simple test, and your physical condition should be determined based on various phenomena in daily life. Skin care should pay attention to daily cleansing and hydration to ensure that all types of skin have adequate nutrition supply. Everyone can choose according to their own situation.
