How to remove blackheads on cheeks?

Blackheads are a very common phenomenon. Many people have strawberry noses. When we talk about blackheads, we will think of the nose. But in fact, blackheads do not only grow on the nose, they can also grow on the face and back. So what should we do if blackheads grow on the face? Is it the same method as removing blackheads on the nose? Here we will introduce how to remove blackheads on your face.

1. Salt and milk can remove blackheads. It is best to use unused table salt. Mix 4 to 5 drops of milk with the salt each time. Start using it for massage when the salt is half dissolved. Since the salt is not completely dissolved at this time and there are still particles, you must use very, very light force when massaging. Wash it off with clean water after half a minute, and don't leave it on for too long.

2. Egg white can remove blackheads. Prepare clean cotton pads, tear the originally thick cotton pads into thinner sheets, the thinner the better, open an egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk, and keep the egg white for later use. Soak a torn cotton pad in egg white, drain it slightly and stick it on the tip of your nose. Wait for ten to fifteen minutes, then carefully tear it off after it is completely dry.

3. Wet the cotton pad with blackhead extraction liquid and stick it on the nose for 3-5 minutes. Use a cotton swab to apply the mask on the nose. It will be dry after 15 minutes. When you tear off the mask, you can see that there are many blackheads and whiteheads on the mask. Wet a cotton pad with toner and apply it to your nose. You can wait until it dries or just leave it on for a few minutes to shrink your pores.

4. After cleaning your face, pour 2 drops of makeup remover on the blackheads of your nose and massage with the middle and ring fingers of both hands. The time should be controlled at about 1 hour. The strength of massage should be moderate, not too hard, otherwise the nose will turn red.

5. After cleansing your face, take two refrigerated cotton pads, soak them with moisturizing lotion, apply them to the large pores on both sides of your cheeks, and then continue to pat gently until the skin surface feels cool. At this time, the pores have gradually tightened.

The article introduces some methods of removing blackheads from the face. These methods are similar to those of removing blackheads from the nose. When cleaning blackheads, you should also pay attention to preventing enlarged pores, so you should clean them first and then shrink the pores. At the same time, you should pay attention to your diet and avoid eating spicy and irritating foods. Eat more vegetables and fruits.
