Diet therapy for removing melasma

2. Luffa Blood-Removing Tea: 15 grams of luffa, 20 grams of Poria, 5 grams of Bombyx Batryticatus, 10 grams of white chrysanthemum, 5 roses, and 5 red dates. Add the above materials to water and boil them to extract juice, then drink it as tea. The residue can be boiled to extract the juice and apply warm compress on the face. This tea can clear away heat, dispel wind and relieve stagnation, and is suitable for people suffering from qi stagnation and blood stasis.

3. Lemon and rock sugar juice: squeeze the lemon juice, add appropriate amount of rock sugar and drink. Lemons are rich in vitamin C. 100 grams of lemon juice can contain up to 50 mg of vitamin C. In addition, it also contains calcium, phosphorus, iron and B vitamins. Drinking lemon juice regularly can not only whiten and tender the skin, prevent aging of skin blood vessels, and eliminate facial pigmentation, but also has the effect of preventing and treating arteriosclerosis.

4. Milk and walnut drink: 200 grams each of milk, soy milk, and black sesame seeds, and 300 grams of walnuts. Put walnuts and sesame seeds into a small stone mill; mix milk and soy milk, slowly pour into the small stone mill and grind while pouring. After grinding, pour into the pot and boil, then add a small amount of white sugar to season. You can also beat in raw eggs while boiling and stir while cooking. Take once a day, 1 small bowl each time. Can be eaten frequently.

5. Dried persimmon recipe for removing spots: Eat dried persimmons every day, long-term consumption is effective. It moisturizes the heart and lungs and removes dark spots. Suitable for facial dark spots and blemishes.

6. Peach kernel, milk and sesame paste: 30 grams of walnut kernels, 300 grams of milk, 200 grams of soy milk, and 20 grams of black sesame. First, grind the walnut kernels and black sesame seeds in a small grinder, mix them with milk and soy milk, put them in a pot and boil them, then add an appropriate amount of white sugar, and eat 1 small bowl each morning and evening. Moisturizes and brightens the skin. Suitable for skin chloasma and wrinkles.

7. Pork kidney and coix seed porridge: Take a pair of pig kidneys, remove the fascia and smell glands, chop them, wash them, add 100 grams of peeled and chopped yam, 200 grams of polished rice, 50 grams of coix seeds, add appropriate amount of water, cook it into porridge over low heat, add seasoning to taste and eat it in meals. It has the effect of nourishing the kidney and benefiting the skin. Suitable for skin with pigmentation and dark spots.

8. Hawthorn and tangerine peel drink: Take appropriate amounts of hawthorn and tangerine peel, add water and cook together, wait until it cools, filter the residue with gauze to obtain the juice and add honey.

9. Skin beautifying juice: 100 grams of pear, 200 grams of sugar cane, 300 grams of grapes, and 100 grams of honey. Wash the pears, sugar cane and grapes, blend the juice and remove the residue, mix with honey and bottle for later use. Take 10 ml each morning and evening, mixed with boiled water.

10. Drink to eliminate spots: 100 grams each of soybeans, mung beans and red beans, and appropriate amount of white sugar. Wash the above beans, soak them until they swell, then mix and mash the juice. Add appropriate amount of clean water and boil it. Season with sugar and drink it 3 times a day.
