What are the precautions for mandelic acid skin peel?

In daily life, healthy and attractive skin is what everyone yearns for. With the continuous development of living standards in real society, beauty and skin care methods are emerging in an endless stream. Mandelic acid skin peel is a relatively common beauty method. Using mandelic acid to peel can improve some skin problems, but you also need to pay attention to some matters after doing mandelic acid skin peel. It is best to choose a low concentration of mandelic acid, which can be used specifically on the skin.

Mandelic Acid Peel Precautions

First of all, know what skin type is suitable for you

Mandelic acid is a type of fruit acid and the only fat-soluble fruit acid. Compared with traditional fruit acids, it can better penetrate the pores and reach the bottom of the skin. It is relatively gentle and suitable for dull skin with acne scars, many closed comedones, thick stratum corneum, and large pores. Moreover, the mandelic acid industry has accumulated a lot of well-received products with a wide range of concentrations, so whether you are a novice in acid peeling or have tough skin, you can find your favorite option.

The best concentration during use is from low to high

Mandelic acid essences with higher concentrations are "skin rejuvenating". The 20% concentration of Love Name Mandelic Acid Whitening and Brightening Essence is the highest concentration in medical beauty. It is safe, hypoallergenic and low in irritation. It is the only medical beauty skin rejuvenating brand that pays attention to the regulations of the Department of Health. Coupled with the extremely skin-friendly pH 3.5, it can quickly penetrate into the pores, remove acne, effectively block the formation of melanin, and improve dullness.

Moisturizing and repairing is more important after skin rejuvenation

The skin after skin rejuvenation is prone to dryness and dehydration. In fact, it needs more moisturizing and repairing to truly have moisturized, translucent and radiant skin! In the Name of Love, we specially launched the "Mandelic Acid Brightening Lotion", which can more deeply moisturize dry skin. It has a pH of 3.5, is safe, hypoallergenic and low-irritating, gently softens and restructures cuticles, effectively improves dullness, reduces the irritation and burden of fruit acid on the skin, deeply moisturizes and repairs the skin after skin rejuvenation, maintains moisture and translucency, and makes the skin look healthy and radiant.

Manufacturing method

There are three synthesis methods:

1) Benzaldehyde phase transfer method: Benzaldehyde is added to chloroform and 50% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution in the presence of a quaternary ammonium salt phase transfer catalyst, and after heating, the reaction is followed by cooling, stirring, separation, sulfuric acid acidification, and extraction with ethyl acetate three times to obtain the product;

2) Acetophenone method: Acetophenone is reacted with nitrobenzene in the presence of an alkali catalyst to obtain the product. Acetophenone, nitrobenzene and sodium hydroxide react at a reaction temperature of 160-170°C with stirring for about 4 hours, separate the product, acidify the aqueous solution, extract with ether, and recrystallize from benzene to obtain the product;

3) Benzene-glyoxylic acid method: add sulfuric acid dropwise to 50% glycolic acid, benzene and acetic acid under stirring, react at 80°C, separate the benzene layer and the water layer, add 5% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to the benzene layer, and make the pH value of the separated water layer 8. After separation of the benzene layer and the aqueous layer, 50% sulfuric acid was added to the aqueous layer to adjust the pH to 5, and a precipitate was precipitated. Filter, concentrate the filtrate, add 50% sulfuric acid to make the pH reach 1, filter the precipitate, wash with water, and dry to obtain the product.

【Industrial Chain】Upstream benzaldehyde, acetophenone, benzene, and acetaldehyde. Downstream synthetic intermediates for mandelic acid, medicine, etc.
