Apply aloe vera directly to sunburn

Apply aloe vera directly to sunburn

If you don't take good sun protection measures in your daily life, your skin will be particularly susceptible to sunburn, and it is easy to become red and painful, and sometimes blisters will appear. At this time, if you take some painkillers to relieve the symptoms, there will be no long-term effect. If you want to relieve sunburn problems, you can use aloe vera. Aloe vera can relieve pain and make your skin feel cooler and more comfortable. People who want to use aloe vera to treat sunburn should understand the correct methods and methods to achieve good results.

Make ice cubes directly from aloe vera juice

Place the aloe vera leaf upright in a container or cup at a slight angle. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. The juice in the leaves will slowly flow out. If you cut too many aloe vera leaves and need to store them, wrap them in aluminum foil or put them in a sandwich bag and store them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Slice the aloe vera leaves. Using a sharp knife, cut away the tips and edges of the aloe vera leaves. The leaves are then cut lengthwise and the juice scraped into a container. Scoop the aloe vera juice into an ice cube tray and freeze it for several hours until it is completely solid. Fill an ice box with aloe vera juice in the morning or evening before heading to the pool or beach. Being proactive can provide immediate relief to your skin even if you do get sunburned.

Directly frozen aloe vera

Remove the skin from the aloe vera leaf. Use a vegetable peeler to remove a thin layer of skin to reveal the juices inside. Cut the aloe vera leaves into large pieces about 5 cm long so that they are easier to handle after being frozen. Place the aloe vera leaves on a plate and place in the freezer for a few hours. Once they are completely hard, they can be packed into bags for long-term storage.

Using Aloe Vera Ice Cubes

Wrap a few ice cubes in a thin towel and apply to the sunburn. When you find yourself sunburned, you can use this method for a while. The ice will melt slowly, but the soothing effect will last longer. Keep a dry towel handy to catch any dripping liquid. Allow the sunburned area to air dry. After using aloe vera ice cubes to treat a sunburn, do not towel dry your skin. Instead, let it air dry.

Refreeze a box of aloe vera juice for later use. If you plan to use the entire box of ice, pour it into another bowl and store it in the freezer. Pour new aloe vera juice into ice cube trays and place them in the freezer to ensure you always have a supply on hand.
