How to improve uneven skin tone

How to improve uneven skin tone

Uneven skin color includes yellowish, dark, reddish, etc. Different problems have different treatments. If your complexion is yellowish, you can choose some whitening skin care products to improve it. If your complexion is dark, you must pay attention to sun protection. If your complexion is red, remember to moisturize.

1. Yellowish complexion

(1) Causes:

1. Increasingly serious air pollution and photoaging in cities;

2. The sleep quality is very poor and not up to standard;

3. High stress in life and irregular diet.

(2) Response rules:

1. Use whitening skin care products correctly and do deep cleaning twice a week;

2. Take a steam bath once a week to help detoxify the pores. Do facial massage more often to promote blood circulation;

3. Pay attention to the intake of vitamin E in your diet and reduce the intake of carotene.

2. Dark skin

(1) Causes:

1. Abnormal hormone secretion and irregular life;

2. Not enough protection against UV rays and not doing enough sun protection gives melanin an opportunity to take advantage.

(2) Application rules:

1. Use green tea as a refreshing substitute. Green tea contains tea polyphenols, which can resist oxidation from the inside out, strengthen the skin barrier, and prevent ultraviolet damage to the skin;

2. Apply sunscreen every day and make it the last step of your daily skin care routine.

3. Reddish skin

(1) Causes:

1. Long-term exposure to air-conditioned rooms causes skin dehydration;

2. Excessive temperature difference in the room causes skin irritation.

3. Caused by skin allergy.

(2) Response rules:

1. When in an air-conditioned room, you should take hydrating essence and intensive hydration, and stop using exfoliating skin care products;

2. If the reddish complexion is caused by the large temperature difference in the room, you can soothe your skin by moisturizing or using care products with soothing ingredients;

3. If the skin color is yellowish due to allergies, you must avoid contact with allergens and apply some mild sunscreen to your skin. If the situation is serious, seek medical attention immediately.

4. Greenish skin color

(1) Causes:

A cold body, anemia or poor blood circulation may be the cause of a bluish skin color.

(2) Response rules:

1. Massage your skin before going to bed to promote blood circulation, eliminate fatigue and make your skin look rosy;

2. Ensure adequate and good sleep quality;

3. Try to consume warm foods to benefit skin metabolism.
