How to take care of women's eyes

Choose appropriate eye care products: There are many eye care products available on the market, including eye cream, eye gel, eye essence, etc. Eye cream is highly moisturizing and nourishing, suitable for people with wrinkles around the eyes; eye gel is a plant-based gel-like substance with mild ingredients, easy to absorb and non-greasy, suitable for dark circles, eye bags, etc. Generally, use essence first, then eye cream or eye gel. A mung bean-sized amount is sufficient. It is best to apply hot compress first and then apply, and combine with massage and acupressure for better results.

Massage and acupressure: Eye massage can promote blood circulation and muscle movement around the eyes, brighten eyes and eliminate fatigue.

Specific method: Apply eye care products before going to bed every night, and use the middle finger or ring finger to massage. Gently push the upper eyelid from the beginning of the eye to the end of the eye and press lightly to the temple, then start from the end of the eye and press each acupoint lightly (in order, the Sizhu point at the end of the eyebrow, the Yufu point in the middle of the eyebrow, the Zanzhu point at the beginning of the eyebrow, and finally the Jingming point at the beginning of the eye). The same is true for the lower eyelid, but the acupoints are pressed with fingers (in order, the Tongzi point at the end of the eye, the Chengqi point and the Sibai point below the center of the lower eye). Press each acupoint based on soreness and swelling, release after 2 seconds, and repeat 5-6 times.

Eye mask care: 1-2 times a week to provide special moisture and relaxation to the eyes. You can use collagen eye mask care, or you can make your own eye mask (mash carrots or cucumbers, extract juice, add 4-6 drops of vitamin E oil and mix well).
