3. Cupping method: use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to wipe the inner wall of the cup, light a candle (or lighter), heat the inner wall of the cup, use the heat to expel the air in the cup, and then quickly buckle it on the selected part of the cup. Note: Cupping time should not exceed 10 minutes. Generally, it is best to pull until the skin turns purple and red without blisters. If the time is too long, blisters and infections are likely to occur in hot weather.

Method of locating the Feishu point: The patient sits down, lowers his head, and touches a protruding cervical vertebra, which is the 7th cervical vertebra. Counting down 3 vertebrae is the 3rd thoracic vertebra, and 1.5 inches to the side is the Feishu point.

How to locate the Pishu point: It is located on the 11th thoracic vertebra, 8 vertebrae down from the Feishu point, and 1.5 inches to the side is the Pishu point.
