Freckles on the face are often caused by genetics, but some freckles are caused by acquired factors, such as long-term exposure to ultraviolet rays. Causes of freckles

1. Genetic factors

However, it is not necessarily inherited from your parents, it may be inherited from several generations. Generally speaking, freckles mostly appear on the face with fair skin.

2. Acquired factors

How to treat freckles on the face

Because tomatoes are rich in vitamin C, they are known as "warehouses of vitamin C." It can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase in the skin and effectively reduce the formation of melanin, thereby making the skin white and tender and fading dark spots.

2. Cucumber porridge: take 100 grams of rice, 300 grams of fresh cucumber, 2 grams of fine salt and 10 grams of ginger. Wash the cucumber, peel and core it and cut into thin slices. Wash the rice and chop the ginger. Add 500 grams of water into the pot, put it on the fire, add rice and ginger, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat until the rice is soft, add cucumber slices, and cook until the soup is thick, then add salt to taste. Drinking lemon juice regularly can not only whiten and tenderize the skin, prevent aging of skin blood vessels, and eliminate facial spots, but also has the effect of preventing and treating arteriosclerosis.

4. Black fungus and red dates soup: take 30 grams of black fungus and 20 red dates. Wash the black fungus, remove the core of the red dates, add appropriate amount of water, and cook for about half an hour. Take once every day after breakfast and dinner. Regular consumption can preserve youthful complexion, remove freckles, strengthen and plump the skin, and can also be used to treat facial dark spots.

5. Hawthorn drink: drink appropriate amount of hawthorn and tangerine peel. Boil hawthorn and orange peel with water, wait until it cools down, filter the residue with gauze, take out the juice and add honey. Can be consumed frequently. Effect: Removes dark spots. Suitable for facial spots and freckles.

6. Job's tears porridge: 1 pair of pig kidneys, 100 grams of yam, 200 grams of polished rice, 50 grams of Job's tears, and add appropriate amount of water. Remove the fascia and smell glands of the pig kidney, chop it into pieces, wash it, and cook it together with peeled and chopped yam, rice, coix seed, and water over low heat into porridge. 7. Lemon honey water: Put lemon slices in a sealed container, add honey, add cold water to submerge the lemon slices, cover the container, and put it in the refrigerator. The next day, take out two slices and soak them in water. One lemon can be used for drinking for about a week. Lemon is durable and easy to preserve. It is rich in vitamin C, which can prevent redness, swelling and bleeding of the gums. It can also reduce the occurrence of dark spots and freckles, and has a partial whitening effect.
